Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract and must use Invoice Mint for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access to your email and devices, and activity performed through your account.

Your business content

You retain ownership of the business, client, invoice, estimate, photo, and other content you submit. You grant Invoice Mint a limited licence to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use and send the content.

Subscriptions and trials

Paid features may be offered through automatically renewing App Store subscriptions. Pricing, trial eligibility, renewal period, and billing details are shown in the Apple purchase sheet before confirmation. Apple charges and manages the subscription under its terms.

You can manage or cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Deleting the app or your Invoice Mint account does not itself cancel the subscription. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple where required.

Usage limits and fair use

Unlimited document creation: an active Pro subscription or eligible trial removes the document-count allowance on creating invoices and estimates. It does not provide unlimited file storage, uploads, email delivery, or request rates. The allowances below apply to paid plans as well as free access unless an offer expressly states otherwise.

Documents and images: each document supports up to 8 photos and 200 line items. Each uploaded file, including a business logo or document photo, must be 10 MB or smaller after processing. The mobile app may resize and compress selected images before saving or uploading them; a selected source file can be larger than 10 MB if the processed file meets the upload limit.

Cloud storage and uploads: the current allowance is 5 GB of uploaded files per account across its workspaces. Up to 200 new file uploads may be initiated per account in any rolling 24-hour period. Incomplete uploads can count toward upload allowances and reserve storage, and the service limits how many uploads can remain unfinished at the same time.

Email delivery: up to 100 new document email deliveries may be initiated through Invoice Mint’s email service per account in any rolling 24-hour period. Short-term sending limits and a cooldown on resending the same document to the same recipient also apply. The 100-email allowance does not apply to messages you send through your own email, text, or sharing apps, which are subject to those providers’ limits.

Technical safeguards: upload validation, synchronization, document sharing, and PDF generation are subject to security checks, file-format requirements, and request-rate limits that protect service availability. A request may be delayed or rejected when a technical limit or an allowance is reached. Reaching a published allowance alone is not misuse. If an allowance prevents your normal business work, contact support@invoicemint.app for help.

Fair use: Invoice Mint is intended for creating and sharing business documents. You may not use it as general-purpose file hosting, send unsolicited bulk messages, generate automated traffic that disrupts the service, or evade usage limits through multiple accounts or other means. We may restrict affected features or suspend access for misuse as described in these terms.

Invoices, estimates, and payments

Invoice Mint helps you prepare and deliver business documents; it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or collection advice and is not a party to your transaction with a client. You are responsible for document accuracy, taxes, payment terms, recipient authorization, and complying with laws applicable to your business. Any payment feature is provided through a third-party processor under that provider’s terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use Invoice Mint to violate law or third-party rights; send deceptive, unlawful, or abusive material; distribute malware or spam; probe or bypass security; access another customer’s data; interfere with the service; or reverse engineer the service except where law permits.

Availability and third-party services

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Invoice Mint. Features depend on services provided by Apple and other vendors, and interruptions can occur. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoice Mint is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. Invoice Mint will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Invoice Mint in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Suspension, termination, and governing law

You may stop using Invoice Mint or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, or non-payment, subject to applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Invoice Mint evolves. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Questions can be sent to support@invoicemint.app.
